Targeting early-stage startups for high-ticket B2B services is plagued by fragile DOM scrapers that break constantly, wasteful headless browser runs that burn cloud minutes and get rate-limited, and shallow leads with generic emails lacking verified founder backgrounds, hiring signals, or actionable value angles.

The Solution

We engineered a 4-tier pipeline: Tier 0 queries Algolia backend APIs in <500ms with zero bot detection. Tier 1 extracts verified websites, socials, open roles, and full founder profiles (LinkedIn, bio, past projects, verified email) via raw HTTP. Tier 2 scores accounts against ICP triggers. Tier 3 fires cloud browser sessions only for high-value targets missing critical intelligence. Tier 4 uses Gemini to synthesize founder backgrounds into tailored value hooks and outreach drafts.
